- Assist in cooking and plating meals to high standards
- Serve food and beverages with a smile
- Set up and clear dining areas to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Keep the kitchen spotless-wash dishes, clean surfaces, and maintain hygiene protocols
- Ensure all equipment is clean and ready for use
- Receive and unpack deliveries
- Monitor stock levels and check expiry dates to keep everything fresh and safe
- Report equipment faults and help maintain a smooth-running kitchen
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Engage with customers in a friendly, helpful manner
- Handle feedback and assist at the till when needed

- Basic food prep skills (training provided)
