This role is responsible for supporting the Client Director in winning and retaining Corporate clients through delivery of the agreed broking activities at all stages of the client's insurance programme.Deliverables:

Support the Client Director to win and retain the client through delivery of excellent broking and customer service standards
Utilise and leverage experience and network to broker client risks within the marketplace to secure the best coverage and terms to meet client demands and needs.
Work with and support the Client Director to build a risk and insurance programme through effective analysis of the client risk for each and every client in line with our client service proposition.
Provide input, interpretation and guidance to the Client Director and the wider team on Insurer policy wordings and sector specific industries (with a particular emphasis on Construction, Leisure and Property Owners), aligning to client requirements as appropriate.
Support Client cases throughout the period of insurance to ensure their requirements are continually met and records maintained as required
Work with our principal to ensure all relevant aspects of our AR agreement are being delivered
Ensure all compliance and governance matters are adhered to in each and every engagement and transaction
Act as a role model and protect the brand.

Working closely with an established Client Director.|Form part of a growing and innovative brokerage.Qualifications:

Cert CII or above essential or ACII preferred

Experience:

15 years Commercial Broking experience with a minimum of 5 Years working as a Corporate Broker in the General Insurance market.
Experience working on the delivery of client service propositions across commercial customers.
Proven track record of corporate broking with Construction, Leisure and Property Owner sector clients preferred.

Skills / Knowledge / Know How:

An understanding of the UK Insurance Market with a specific focus on Corporate / Specialist products including Construction, Leisure and Property Owners sectors.
Commercial Lines broking processes and practices.
Proficiency in use of Acturis and CRM Systems.
Strong Operations / Process Management ability.
Commercially astute.
Excellent and effective Relationship Management, going the extra mile.
Demonstrative understanding and up to date knowledge of compulsory training topics.
Keeping abreast of the insurance market and key trends and issues.
