Lead and develop the site engineering team
Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across production equipment
Drive improvements to reduce downtime and boost reliability
Manage compliance with food safety, H&S and company standards
Set engineering KPIs and report into senior leadership
Work closely with production and technical teams to solve problems quickly
What we’re looking for in an Interim Engineering Manager:
Previous leadership experience in food manufacturing or FMCG
Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and quality systems
Experience managing calibrations, repairs, and preventative maintenance
Ability to hit the ground running and deliver results quickly
Clear, confident communicator with strong organisational skills
