- Perform all tasks of a Front Office Host as needed to facilitate service
- Ensure all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures
- Provide information about facilities, programs, and other services.
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests
- Attend to special guests and answer their enquiries
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
- Address complaints and escalate as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.
- Assist the Guest Relations Manager and Assistant Guest Relation Manager in all administrative tasks
