
Depot People, Admin Finance Specialist

- Partner with the Depot General Manager to manage budgets and identify ways to save money without compromising on quality
- Keep a close eye on depot costs and trends to spot opportunities and potential risks
- Make sure purchase orders are raised on time and within budget
- Manage admin, finance, and HR processes — including training colleagues on new systems
- Be the expert on our reporting tools and HR platforms like Flash, EVRi, UKG, and MyHR
- Support our people through pay queries, absence reviews, and recruitment follow-ups
- Champion local communications to keep the whole team informed and engaged
- Some financial or bookkeeping experience (formal qualifications are a bonus but not essential)
- Strong analytical skills with a good eye for detail
- Confident with IT – especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in a busy team environment
- Good communication and people skills – someone who’s approachable and professional
- Able to work independently and take initiative
