- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) – essential
- Proven experience in export operations and handling export documentation.
- Previous experience on managing exports into Africa is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Bills of Lading, Letters of Credit, Certificates of Origin, and other export-related documents.
- Familiarity with customs procedures and export regulations (customs knowledge is desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of air, sea, and road freight processes is highly beneficial.
- Previous experience within a fast paced logistics and shipping operation

- Manage export shipments from Scandinavia and Europe to Africa, covering air, sea, and road freight.
- Prepare and handle export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Letters of Credit, and Certificates of Origin.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth export operations.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and customs documentation is in order to meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to track shipments and resolve any issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Agreeing and confirming costs with freight forwarders
- Keep all customers informed of all failed services or significant delays
- Ensuring every customer receives excellent customer service
