About this roleMy client is looking for a Head of Hospitality Sales (Rugby focus) to take ownership of a premium portfolio of rugby events and hospitality experiences. This is a senior role with responsibility for shaping sales strategy, leading a team of executives, and driving revenue across major domestic and international fixtures. The successful candidate will be central to building strong relationships with corporate clients, trade partners and stakeholders within the sport, ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved and exceeded.About You
Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within sport, events or hospitality
A track record of managing teams and delivering strong commercial results
Confident in developing relationships with agencies, brokers and corporate clients
Background in rugby or large-scale sporting events would be an advantage
Strong communicator and negotiator with excellent client-handling skills
Strategic, commercially minded and comfortable working under pressure
Ambitious, driven and passionate about live sport
