Due to continued growth, they're looking to add a Commercial Account Handler to their professional and friendly team.What You'll Be Doing:
Managing a portfolio of commercial clients across a range of industries
Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments, and policy queries
Preparing and issuing policy documentation accurately and on time
Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and secure competitive premiums
Supporting Account Executives on new business and retention
Providing excellent service and building strong client relationships
What They're Looking For:
Previous experience in a Commercial Insurance role (broker or insurer side)
Good knowledge of products such as property, liability, fleet, and combined covers
Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Experience using Acturis is beneficial but not essential
Cert CII qualified or working towards (desirable)
