- Oversee day-to-day operations of the social video production team.
- Lead all technical and logistical aspects of production.
- Manage a team of editors, videographers, producers and freelancers.
- Build and maintain production systems, templates, and file management processes.
- Work with other teams to understand what's needed from a production perspective.
- Source and manage third-party production support where needed
- Monitor output quality and implement improvements in workflow, editing, and technical standards.
- Liaise with commercial teams on branded production needs - from pre-sale planning to final delivery.
- 5+ years of experience in a senior video production role, ideally within social, digital or publishing.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end production - including camera, lighting, sound, editing and file delivery.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects etc) and modern editing workflows.
- Comfortable leading multiple projects and shoots simultaneously - with a calm, solutions-first mindset.
- Experience producing short-form content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels and Snapchat.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and external suppliers.
- A creative eye and understanding of how video drives audience growth on social platforms.
- Knowledge of branded content production and ability to work alongside commercial teams.
