We’re looking for a forward-thinking, strategically-minded professional to join our architecture team and help drive the evolution of our technology landscape across online, mobile, on-site, and internal platforms.What You’ll Be Doing:As our Solutions Architect, you’ll play a key role in shaping the systems and technology that underpin both customer experiences and colleague operations. Working closely with IT, data, infrastructure, and security teams, you’ll:Translate complex business needs into smart, scalable IT solutionsLead technical decision-making and ensure alignment with business strategyCreate and maintain roadmaps across applications, services, and tech platformsCollaborate on data and infrastructure architecture across the businessDrive compliance with internal standards and security best practicesStay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities and innovationsHelp build business cases to support strategic investmentsWhat You’ll Need to Succeed:Essential:Extensive, demonstrable experience in Architecture, IT development or systems analysisExtensive experience managing suppliers at a senior levelStrong background in B2C or customer-facing environmentsAbility to simplify and clearly communicate complex technical issuesHolistic thinker – you see the big picture and understand the detailsSolid grasp of architecture, development and operational best practicesSkilled in translating business problems into well-structured solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDesirable:Hospitality or retail industry experienceTOGAF-certified or strong awareness of architecture frameworksDegree educated or equivalent professional experienceWhat's in it for you?
