- Support the development of a coaching culture partnering with line managers and site mentors to excel at developing apprentices and trainees
- Champion apprentices and trainees, always looking for ways to improve their experience and aid achievement
- Manage a selection of apprentices and trainees, ensuring successful delivery and completion of their programmes and their pastoral care
- Work closely with training providers to enable IW apprentices to complete their training successfully in a timely manner
- Manage Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) funding claim management and Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) processes for the selection of apprentices and trainees.

- Demonstrable experience of working within apprenticeships/early careers with some relatable HR/training & development experience
- A genuine passion for attracting, developing, and most importantly supporting apprentices/trainees in reaching their potential
- Experience of working with the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) and Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS)
- Demonstrable experience of stakeholder engagement & relationship management, partnering with internal stakeholders and external agencies
