Your Consultant will guide you through the application process and provide ongoing support throughout your assignment.Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling essential administrative duties while also providing support to teaching staff. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, adaptable, and able to efficiently balance both administrative tasks and classroom support in a dynamic educational setting.Key Responsibilities:Administrative Responsibilities:Manage and maintain student records and confidential information, ensuring compliance with school policies.Serve as the point of contact for staff, students, and parents, handling inquiries and communications in a professional and timely manner.Coordinate school schedules, meetings, events, and appointments.Provide general administrative support including managing correspondence, answering calls, and assisting with documentation.Monitor school supplies and ensure timely ordering and distribution of materials.Assist in ensuring compliance with institutional policies and administrative procedures.Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:Support classroom teachers in lesson preparation, organization, and delivery of educational activities.Assist students with their academic work, offering one-on-one or small group support as required.Prepare teaching materials and distribute resources as directed by the classroom teacher.Supervise students during lessons, break times, and extracurricular activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.Offer additional support for students with special educational needs (SEN), adapting learning strategies and resources as necessary.
