- Supporting vessel operations and execution activities.
- Assisting with data consolidation, particularly supporting the Admin Coordinator and Environmental Lead.
- Contributing to technical administration, including report writing and documentation.
- Developing and reviewing HSE documentation.
- Providing day-to-day support to the HSE Department.
- Assisting in internal and supplier audits.
- Supporting vessel and operational activities under guidance.
- Building knowledge of quality, health, safety, and environmental legislation, directives, standards and practices.
- Providing HSE support to ensure effective implementation of company policies and requirements.
- Supporting the HSE Team in progressing towards targets and objectives.
- Assisting in reviewing and updating company HSE system documentation, ensuring compliance with legislation, HSES Policy, ISM Code, ISO 14001 and corporate standards.
- Structuring training plan with standard modules and scope to pursue tailored development.
- Opportunities for site visits and offshore exposure to reinforce learning.
- Clear progression pathway, supported by mentoring and competency development.
- A good foundation of education, ideally HND level or equivalent technical/practical experience.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Previous experience of Quality, Environmental or Safety Management Systems and Procedures (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISM Code, Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).
- Experience supporting operational teams or workforce.
- Technical training or nationally recognised qualifications in occupational health and safety or environmental management.
- Experience in an operational or safety-based capacity, particularly within site or marine environments.
