- Experience with an element of finance recruitment, as this will greatly assist in engaging with the business units.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy, fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across diverse business areas to drive strategic initiatives and deliver operational excellence
