The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons that develop students’ skills in coding, programming, and digital literacy, fostering problem-solving and creativity.Responsibilities as a Computer Science Teacher:
  • Plan and deliver high-quality Computer Science lessons in line with the national curriculum.
  • Inspire and challenge students to achieve their full potential in the subject.
  • Use creative teaching methods to make complex topics accessible and engaging.
  • Assess, track, and report on student progress.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and learning experience.
Requirements for Computer Science Teacher:
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
  • Specialism in Computer Science or a related subject.
  • Experience teaching at Key Stages.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to student success.
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
  • A full CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps clearly explained.
