We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Linehaul Planner to join our team. This role involves both real-time problem-solving and long-term strategic planning to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations across our network. You’ll play a key part in supporting the performance and efficiency of our linehaul and hub operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute effective linehaul plans, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals
  • React quickly to network and hub issues, resolving them in real time to minimize disruption
  • Collaborate with customers to ensure effective planning and alignment with service requirements
  • Conduct regular cost reviews, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising service
  • Maximise transport and network efficiency through data-driven decision making
  • Work closely with operational teams (Sites, ROMs, and Control Tower) to support customer needs and manage volume movements cost-effectively

  • Proven experience in fleet management, transport planning, or a similar logistics environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Good analytical ability with a focus on continuous improvement
