- Coordinating complex international travel and accommodation
- Processing multi-currency expenses
- Acting as the 'go-to' for administrative support across the trading team
- Booking meeting rooms and managing marketing material orders
- Assisting with the creation of PowerPoint presentations and client documents
- Supporting the Operations Manager with office projects (e.g. supplier audits, vendor research)
- Organising team socials and internal events
- Managing office supplies and equipment orders
- Handling onboarding and offboarding processes, including inductions
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a fast-paced office environment (financial services experience is a strong advantage)
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities
