The FMCG team manages businesses within Food & Beverages, Health & Wellness, Home Care & Cleaning, Baby Care & Food and Pet Supplements & Food.The team is responsible for identifying, onboarding and incubating new merchants as well as creating long term strategies to grow existing businesses on TikTok Shop.
Join our FMCG team as an Acquisition & Development Manager. Your role involves finding and convincing new clients to join us as well as strategically growing their TikTok Shop accounts. Your background prepares you for the fast-paced environment, where you'll take charge of ambitious goals for onboarding new clients, adding products to our platform, and increasing sales. You'll use your persuasive skills to explain the benefits of our platform to clients and help them get started smoothly. You'll have strong analytical skills to support their sales growth, using data to identify trends and opportunities. - Recruit, manage & grow FMCG sellers using the new book of business; outreach using leads list, lead the pitching and onboarding process.
- Craft persuasive pitches that address the needs of potential clients and highlight the benefits of our platform.
- Define, launch and execute go-to-market strategy for new sellers
- Commercial experience of negotiating strong deals based on campaign or seasonality as well as securing first to market launches and TikTok exclusives
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creator, logistics, legal, governance, campaigns and marketing to establish a seamless and efficient process for onboarding sellers
- Work with your new sellers to grow their sales on TikTok Shop through key sales channels; live, video and shop tab.
- Stay abreast of latest trends and ensure relevant brands are reflected in the new business pipeline
- Entrepreneurial approach - confidence in defining seller and category initiatives to drive growth and competitive advantage as well as team projects to continuously optimise ways of workingQualifications:Minimum Qualifications
-Final year student (graduate in 2026) or recent graduates with less than 1 year of working experience, majors in E-commerce, finance, business or marketing
- Proficient in handling objections and learning new platforms or products quickly.
- Data analytics skills
- Interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience working or undertaking an internship in Account Management, Strategy, Business Development, Buying, Finance
- UK market experience
- Demonstrated examples of building processes from scratch
