The setting places emphasis on early learning foundations, personal development, and fostering positive relationships between staff, pupils, and families.Responsibilities of a Primary Teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to Year 2 learners.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress to ensure strong academic development.
- Support children’s social and emotional growth alongside their learning.
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and carers to enhance pupil outcomes.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching KS1, ideally Year 2.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Adaptability to deliver high-quality learning in a temporary, part-time role.
- A passion for fostering children’s confidence, resilience, and love of learning.
