- Market and Business Development - Contribute to proposals, implement go-to-market strategies and develop business growth initiatives
- Client-Centric Problem-Solving – Understand client challenges and develop tailored high impact recommendations
- Data Analytics and Market Submissions – Collect, analyse and prepare data for critical client submissions
- Market Strategy and Broking Execution - Support and contribute to development of market presentations and broking strategies to secure efficient results
- Portfolio Management and Growth - Facilitating broking and renewal of existing portfolios while identifying and developing new opportunities
- Contract and Documentation Review – Ensure accuracy, in endorsements, info packs, slips to meet regulatory and client standards
- Building Strong Relationships - Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, reinsurers and market collaborators
- Independence and Agility - Take ownership of projects while collaborating with Aon teams in a fast paced environment
- Bringing to bear Aon’s Global Capabilities – Collaborating with global teams across business lines to improve the value of Aon’s extensive re/insurance and capital advisory expertise

- Experience in re/insurance and broking is mandatory
- Ability to thrive in a past faced dynamic environment
- Knowledge of both insurance and reinsurance is helpful
- Technical Expertise in Reinsurance Knowledge – Understanding of market dynamics
- Proven Ability to Build Market Relationships – A track record in maintaining and developing successful relations with clients and markets
- Outstanding Communication Skills – Ability to convey and deliver impactful work for client and market engagement and effective negotiations
- Strong Prioritisation and Execution Skills
- A Disciplined Approach to manage multiple tasks managing strict deadlines and delivering high quality outputs within stipulated timelines
- Good level of IT competency (Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
