– Collaborate with families and multi-disciplinary teams to develop effective Child Protection plans.
– Engage in regular assessments and reviews to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
– Facilitate both virtual (via Teams) and face-to-face interviews to gather vital information and make informed decisions.
