A Day in Your Neighbourhood
  • Lead with excellence: Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are spotless, stocked, and beautifully maintained.
  • Inspire your team: Motivate and coach a dedicated team of room attendants, porters and public area cleaners; bringing out their best in every shift.
  • Stay organised: Maintain supply levels, manage stock efficiently, and support green initiatives by minimising waste and championing sustainable practices.
  • Go the extra mile: Manage IHG One Rewards member requests, repeat guests, and unique room setups with care and creativity.
  • Support the bigger picture: Assist in budget planning, rotas, deep cleaning schedules, and compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
What’s Your Story?You're a natural organiser with a sharp eye for detail and a heart for hospitality. To thrive in this role, you’ll ideally have:
  • Experience managing housekeeping teams in a hotel or lifestyle setting
  • Great communication and people management skills
  • Strong organisational ability and hands-on leadership style
  • Passion for creating clean, safe, and welcoming spaces
  • Familiarity with industry standards and compliance procedures
  • Knowledge of systems like Opera PMS or housekeeping management software is a plus
  • Experience with pre-openings is a bonus!
