Hours: Part-Time (24 hours per week, including 1 sleep-in shift per week)

Each person has learning disabilities or autism, and one gentleman also has a mobility disability.

- Empowering Independence: Supporting individuals in their day-to-day lives and encouraging them to engage in activities they love.
- Personal Care: Assisting with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing) where needed.
- Mobility Assistance: Providing support to one gentleman who requires full-time mobility assistance and helping others who use wheelchairs when out and about.
- Health & Wellbeing: Administering medication and supporting with feeding needs for one individual.
- Social & Recreational Support: Joining in with their favourite activities—bowling, music, socialising, and more!
- Household Tasks: Supporting with meal preparation, cleaning, and general household duties.
- Early Shift: 8:00am - 3:30pm
- Late Shift: 1:30pm - 9:00pm
- Long Day Sleep-In Shift: 2:00pm - 1:00pm the following day
- Sleep-In Hours Cover:10:30pm - 7:00am (Paid £50 to Sleep)
