- Identifying and reaching out to potential clients across international STEM markets to introduce Mercury Hampton’s talent solutions.
- Qualifying leads and building strong relationships with decision-makers, fueling the pipeline for the business development team.
- Securing high-quality appointments and meetings for recruitment consultants and senior sales staff.
- Utilizing next-generation digital tools and automation to optimize outreach and engagement.
- Understanding client needs and providing information on Mercury Hampton’s full service offering.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client onboarding.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- A results-driven, consultative approach and strong communication skills.
- The ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, combined with excellent organization.
- High levels of ambition, motivation, and resilience in a dynamic, target-focused environment.
- Competitive base salary (£24,000 – £28,000) with uncapped commission.
