- Ensure cases are managed effectively and compliantly.
- Provide advice on complex or high-profile matters.
- Oversee training and updates on legal changes.
- Conduct file reviews and monitor time recording.
- Manage debt, client files, and compliance with quality standards.
- Handle client complaints at first stage and promote feedback collection.
