- Relevant experience working with children (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, youth work, coaching, childcare).
- A genuine enthusiasm for education and a commitment to supporting children’s development.
- Someone who is proactive, dependable, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
- Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Working with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning and build confidence.
- Assisting with the preparation of resources and classroom displays.
- Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including SEN and EAL.
- Helping to create a calm, focused, and positive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
