On behalf of our client, we are searching for an experienced Project Lead to oversee the delivery of premium hospitality environments across the UK. You’ll take charge of on-site execution for high-end bar and kitchen fit-outs, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and to a high standard. You will bring a wealth of experience in a similar role, high attention to detail and a strong desire to develop your career.What You’ll Be Doing:Overseeing the end to end process from inception to final handoverDirecting subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teamsEnsuring work meets safety regulations and design specificationsManaging schedules, site logistics and cost trackingAct as the main contact for clients during installationComply with all health and safety regulations at all stages of the projectInspect all works to ensure quality and design adherenceIdentify and resolve any issues or concerns before final handoverLiaise with client post completion, offering robust aftercareWhat You Bring:Background in managing interior fit-outs, ideally in hospitality or cateringStrong knowledge of kitchen/bar builds, M & E coordination, and custom joinery/metalworkConfident leader with excellent problem-solving skillsFlexible approach and willingness to travel extensivelyFull UK driving licenceSMSTS/CSCS (Manager card)/First Aid a plusPerks & Benefits:Competitive pay structure + performance incentivesCompany car or allowance providedTech package (laptop & phone)Pension scheme & private healthcare (after probation)32 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)Opportunity to work on standout venues and prestigious brandsReady to deliver standout spaces?
