Job Views 25Description Our UHNW private family is looking for an experienced live-in or out head housekeeper for their family home located in Oxfordshire.This is an exciting opportunity, to look after a high-profile family of five with three young children and four dogs, so any interested parties must like children and dogs.The family are ideally looking for a skilled and experienced head housekeeper to assist with the organisation of the family household to an extremely high standard.The ideal candidate will be able to problem-solve and thinking on their feet to handle problems and emergencies whilst making effective decisions. Strong planning and organisation skills to ensure completion of all duties.
There is a fully staffed household so a team player is paramount to the success of this role.Accommodation
If live-in separate accommodation will be provided nearby.Working Day(s)/Hour(s): (5) days per week rostered in advance (to include weekends when the roster dictates),shift pattern 7:00(am) until 4:00(pm) and 11:00(am) until 8:00(pm),
again on rotation within the team.Salary: (based on experience and skills set)Employee Benefit(s):

Head Housekeeping duties (but not limited to);
  • To assist with the training and supervising of staff
  • Prepare schedules and assign duties to staff
  • Maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies
  • Inspect rooms and guest areas to make sure they are clean, meeting the standards of the household
  • Hands on in all required housekeeping duties
  • Putting right and tidy up anything from the ground floor Reception Rooms upwards
  • Ensure that all service areas (to include the Kitchen, Laundry Room, Butler’s Pantry and back staircase) are clean and well organised
  • Any additional duties assigned as the Head housekeeper
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
