- Investigates and resolves technical problems.
- Services various machines both on site.
- Troubleshoots and solves problems independently.
- Completes job cards promptly and to a high standard within the given timeframe.
- Submits paperwork and timesheets in a timely manner.
- Requests parts efficiently and effectively.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Builds and maintains good working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Supervises apprentices when required, ensuring high-quality work and safe procedures.
- Complies with relevant procedures when repairing and inspecting equipment.
- Ensures all work and personal equipment meet safety standards.
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
- Adheres to the Company Health and Safety Policy, ensuring the safety of self, colleagues, and customers.
- Keeps personal tools safe and legal for use.
- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Diagnose and investigate technical problems, which may involve climbing underneath or on top of heavy plant machinery.
- Excellent verbal, written and critical thinking skills
