You'll be part of a team focused on five key priorities to integrate media for cross-channel innovation:
- Clients/Users: Develop best-in-class cross-channel and platform capabilities by understanding client/user needs and leveraging insights for roadmaps.
- Platforms: Own and administer proprietary and 3rd-party platforms, ensuring data governance for efficiency and competence.
- Configuration: Technically scope capabilities and their integration for cross-channel innovation and in-channel excellence.
- Operationalization: Lead testing, troubleshooting, utilization, and automation of tech, data, and media assets for efficiency and solution intelligence.
- Data & Reporting: Build and maintain robust data infrastructure (pipelines, warehousing, visualization) for scalable reporting, actionable insights, campaign analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Reporting Systems: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems and dashboards for campaign performance KPIs.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with client-facing teams to understand reporting needs and develop customized data solutions.
- Data Integrity: Proactively monitor data pipelines and reporting systems to ensure data availability, accuracy, and reliability.
- Data Visualization: Own and optimize data visualization tools, driving automation, efficiency, and effective campaign delivery at scale.
- Data Integrations: Master API connections in Adverity (DSPs, data sources, reporting platforms) to create seamless data flows.
- Technology Stack: Leverage our full suite of solutions, including BigQuery and Snowflake, to deliver impactful results.
- Actionable Insights: Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for product development and client engagement.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Model and visualize data using tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI, Looker) to inform strategic decision-making and advance solutions.
- Business Solutions: Identify and address business challenges by developing innovative data solutions through automation and tooling.
- Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes and reporting systems, providing user training and support.
- Solution Development: Support the wider squad and Channel Development team on solution releases and development processes, including testing and feedback.

- Technical: Expert in data visualization (Tableau, Looker, Power BI). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and SQL skills for large datasets. Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake), data warehousing, and API integrations. Understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and marketing platforms (DSPs, Ad servers, 3rd party measurement) is desirable.
