
Service Controller

- Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling service enquiries and providing solutions.
- Plan and manage engineers’ daily workloads to ensure efficiency.
- Create job cards, order parts, and ensure technical support is in place for engineers.
- Prepare customer estimates, follow up to secure work, and ensure excellent service standards.
- Maintain accurate records, including contract maintenance schedules and service documentation.
- Process job sheets, track progress, and manage work-in-progress levels.
- Support with health & safety compliance and general admin duties.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.
- IT literate, ideally with experience using SAP or similar systems.
- Previous experience in a service, workshop, or engineering support environment would be advantageous.
