Do you want to make a real difference by working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in a caring and inclusive primary school?We are recruiting committed and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in primary schools throughout Leeds. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with a child who requires extra support to reach their full potential.🌟 About the Role:As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:Provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with SEND, EAL, or behavioural needsWork under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO to implement personalised strategiesAssist with learning activities, behaviour management, and emotional regulationHelp the pupil access the curriculum and engage positively with peersBuild a trusting and supportive relationship to encourage independence and confidence✅ What We’re Looking For:Experience working with children or young people (e.g. in schools, nurseries, care, or youth settings)A calm, patient, and empathetic approachStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine passion for supporting children with additional needsWillingness to work closely with school staff, parents, and outside agenciesKnowledge of SEND, including autism,
