- Install and service heat pumps, hot water cylinders and thermal storage systems
- Carry out heating installations and repairs in homes and commercial properties
- Diagnose faults and keep systems running efficiently
- Provide technical support and ensure works meet PAS 2030, MCS and industry standards
- Record all jobs accurately and support with call-outs when required
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Level 3 Award in Heat Pump Installation & Maintenance
- G3 Unvented Hot Water Cylinder & Water Regs certificates
- DBS and CSCS card
- Experience in social housing or local authority work is a bonus
- £45–50k salary
