There really is something for everyone!About the roleOur Restaurants offer a variety of foods. Working with local suppliers, we're committed to consistency of production using locally sourced products. Live-in accommodation on site is available and is inclusive of bills.What we need from you

As Chef de Partie, you'll motivate the commis chefs to prepare food for our Restaurants. You'll have an eye for quality, consistency and for portion control.
You'll build good relationships with the front of house team to make sure our guests get exactly what they want, quickly.
With an input into our daily special's menu, you'll also give our Head Chef your ideas for changing our a la carte menu.
A qualification in professional cookery would be great, and relevant industry experience is essential.

What you'll get from us

£31,500 per annum plus a share of tips (estimated £4,000 per annum).
