
Junior HR Officer

- Ensure the provision of appropriate, timely and accurate management information to support strategy development, management decision making and improve the effectiveness of HR Services as and when required
- Oversee absence management across the customer account
- Maintain accurate and timely holiday/sickness records and all associated activities
- Support management team with HR Policy and Procedures
- Support Central HR in preparing/providing information as required
- Ensure Data Cleanse is undertaken monthly
- Perform monthly HR Reporting, such as Bradford Factor, Starters, Leavers, Probations, Open ended absence, RTW's
- Assist management with note taking for HR meetings
- Promote HR initiatives as required
- Maintain and update training matrix/records
- Support HR BP and HR Department with project work as required
- Any other reasonable duties
- Operational HR experience supporting managers in all aspects of HR
- Minimum CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience in HR reporting
- Able to demonstrate meeting targets and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Understanding of GDPR
- Travel required to support other sites as required
