This is a key hire as they scale operations across commercial and domestic solar projects.We're looking for someone who can take ownership from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring quality, safety, and programme delivery are consistently met.Role OverviewManage multiple solar PV and battery storage projects across commercial and residential sitesOversee site teams, subcontractors, and client liaisonPlan and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high standardsProduce RAMS, manage H&S, and lead site audits/inspectionsLiaise with design teams and procurement for materials and schedulesHandle all documentation, certifications, and system sign-offsEnsure systems are registered and integrated with relevant monitoring platformsSupport the commissioning process and client handoverRequirementsProven experience delivering solar PV installations (commercial or domestic)Strong organisational and site management skillsTechnical understanding of PV, battery, and inverter systemsSMSTS or SSSTSECS/CSCS Card18th Edition preferredValid UK Driving LicenceExcellent client-facing communication and leadership skillsBenefits£50,000 £55,000 base salary (DOE)Company vehicle + fuel cardPerformance bonus structure25 days holiday + bank holidaysOngoing CPD and clear progression within a growing renewables businessApply today through Valoris Group Limited.
