  • Assess customers’ needs to identify areas where support is needed to promote independent living.
  • Motivate customers to build their confidence so they can achieve the goals they have set and return to independent living.
  • Support customers with tasks around the home and with personal care such as personal hygiene, toileting, and dressing.
  • Work a mixture of early and late shifts between 7 am and 10 pm and alternate weekends.
Overseas ApplicantsUnfortunately, we are unable to accept applicants requiring sponsorship for this position.About you:A passionate and experienced individual, you will have a background in care and will hold your QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care. You’ll be passionate about supporting people to be as independent as possible.Alongside this you will also need a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle as you will need to travel between clients.Your future team:You’ll join our specialist D2A team who cover the areas of Bridgwater, Highbridge, Burnham-On-Sea, Cheddar and surrounding areas. The team works with clients who have been discharged from hospital, supporting them to recover in the place they call home.The team is led by Mandy, Operations Manager, who is happy to talk through any of the roles available.
