- Oversee technical excellence in mechanical building services design, ensuring environmental systems are integrated from the concept stage.
- Provide expert guidance and quality assurance, reviewing designs and project progression at key milestones.
- Take a hands-on approach in complex projects, offering in-depth technical leadership where necessary.
- Establish and maintain technical and quality standards, in collaboration with regional Technical Authorities.
- Identify emerging technologies and innovative solutions that enhance building performance and sustainability.
- Support training and professional development initiatives to nurture technical expertise within the team.
- Represent the company as a subject matter expert in mechanical building services, both internally and externally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry bodies, and project stakeholders.
✅ Strategic Leadership – Ability to influence senior stakeholders, shape design strategies, and drive technical excellence.
✅ Extensive Project Experience – Proven track record of delivering high-quality, technically complex mechanical designs.
✅ Chartered Status – A degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services, along with Chartered Membership (CIBSE, IET, or similar).
✅ Strong Leadership & Mentorship – Ability to manage, inspire, and develop a team of professionals.
✅ Commercial & Business Awareness – An understanding of project delivery, financial management, and client engagement.
