Working across a number of sectors including education, construction and public sector
Conducting and advising on workplace investigations
Analysing evidence and drafting comprehensive reports of findingsYou
Ideally circa 6+ years PQE in Employment with an exceptional knowledge of the law and experience of complex workplace investigations at all levels of seniority OR
An experienced HR professional who has conducted high level investigations and has a sound understanding of employment law as well as good drafting skills.
Excellent communicator with highly effective interviewing skills and an ability to convey complex issues accessibly
Ability to tailor advice carefully to the client taking their particular business aims and considerations into accountBenefits include:
