To support our operational needs, we are specifically looking for candidates in areas such as; Hitchin, Chelmsford, Bedfordshire, Luton or Norwich . - Asset Health - Assess and report on the condition of E&I equipment and systems.
- Maintenance & Repairs - Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Timely Delivery - Complete work efficiently and in line with statutory requirements.
- Standby Support - Participate in the E&I standby rota to maintain service continuity.
- Contractor Oversight - Supervise third-party work to ensure safety and quality standards.
- Team Collaboration - Work closely with colleagues across Cadent to support operational excellence.
- Experience - Proven experience in an Instrumentation inspection testing
- Technical Knowledge - Familiarity with E&I technical standards, maintenance procedures, and relevant codes of practice.
- Legislation Awareness - Understanding of BS7671, EAWR, and the Health and Safety at Work Act.
- Qualifications -
- City & Guilds qualifications or equivalent
- Instrumentation and Controls
- Approved apprenticeship
- Certifications - COMPEX EX01-04 preferred but not essential.
- Team Player - Able to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive approach.
