
Internal Distribution Content Creation Specialist

- Communications: Create and write specific and relevant communications free of grammatical errors. This will include briefs, WorkJam posts and emails.
- Content creation: Partner and align cross functionally to generate original content ideas that align with the organisation's goals, audience and brand guidelines. From creating social media style posts, producing and editing videos, infographics, podcasts, animation or other forms of multimedia content.
- Video production and editing: Produce, animate, and/or edit video content that engages associates and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Engaging associates: Understanding and tailoring content to meet the needs and preferences of associates across the European markets. Creating content that resonates with them and encourages engagement and sharing. Collaborating with stakeholders to align content creation with organisational goals, business priorities, marketing campaigns and other initiatives. Ability to connect with the TJX culture.
- Content promotion: Develop promotional strategies and communication plans to increase content visibility and reach by utilising all available channels.
- Continuing professional development: Maintain an active interest in innovation, industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication technologies to support the continuous improvement.
- Application management: Partner with the Digital Systems Manager to support maintenance and upkeep of all creative aspects of the work application (WorkJam), including posts, banners, knowledge articles etc. Ensuring communications are added, scheduled and posted to channels in a timely manner. Supporting with Service Now ticket management to resolve system issues, providing timely support to end-users in a professional manner.
- Auditing and reporting: Conduct routine audits of content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and Collate analytics and stats on our engagement.
- A strong understanding of retail and/or distribution environments
- Written and verbal knowledge of a second language, either Polish or German would be beneficial
- Graphic design qualification and/or experience preferred
- Excellent creative skills with the ability to engage broad audiences with their skills
- Able to be create engaging content, utilising graphic design producing assets such as: GIFs, Posters, Videos, Animations, Slide decks
- Ability to create engaging written communications, utilising English language (and second language) including Written Briefs, Emails, Social media style posts, Articles / Blog posts
- Thorough knowledge of: Mac OS Literate, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Microsoft software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Logical thinker able to add value and increase user experience within a work application (Workjam), analysing data trends, and problem solving to support in increasing engagement
- Collaborative and supportive approach and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Highly organised, with capacity to prioritise workload, understand project management and work independently.
- Complete integrity and reliability to handle and perform critical and confidential work
- Ability to understand systems, work applications and reports (WorkJam, Reporting suites, Excel) Identifying any risks and report on trends and analysis.
