
NI SIU Fraud Investigator

- Review Red Flag Referrals from claims handlers within the agreed service level, making suggestions for refinements as necessary
- Proactively investigate potential fraud in claims (PI, ADTPD, Home, Farm, SME as required) using mostly predefined processes and procedures but at times using your own initiative, manage cases to conclusion and deals with customer as necessary, which may involve interviewing, to achieve required savings
- Maintain SIU Case Management System and relevant spreadsheets fully utilising the software & training
- Prepare cases for court as required, instructing panel solicitors to secure the best outcome for AXA
- Deliver excellence in customer service, both internally and externally, maintaining an appropriate professional attitude when dealing with Customers, Third Parties, Suppliers and Solicitors and dealing effectively with referrals, complaints
- Maintain relationships within AXA and with external service providers
- Investigate potential fraud in other areas of AXA as required.
- Provide reports and updates as required.
- Undertake department and cross functional projects as necessary
