SEND Teaching AssistantNorthwich£425 – £475 per week (dependent on experience)To apply, you must show Right to Work in the UKAbout the Role:Connex Education are working with a school in Northwich who are looking for a number of Teaching Assistants to join their team. There are full time and part time roles available and the working day runs from 8.30am until 3.30pm.About the School:The school provide education and care to students aged 4 – 19 with Severe Learning Needs, such as ASD and cognitive learning needs. The school operates with small class sizes and each classroom is heavily staffed. With excellent facilities on site such as sensory rooms and forest school areas, the staff here are dedicated to promoting independence and delivering expertly planning lessons in accordance with each student’s Education Healthcare Plan.Assignment Details:The Deputy Head is looking for those candidates who are available for long term, day to day and sickness cover.Benefits of Working with Connex Education:

Person Specification:
  • Have experience of supporting pupils with Special Needs either in a School or a similar setting
  • Be confident providing personal care
  • Have a current DBS on the update service or willing to apply for a new one
  • Be able to provide 2 references
