We have a great opportunity for a Painter & Decorator to join the multi faceted Estates Team here at the Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic NHS Trust. The base salary starts at £24,937 rising to £26,598. Applications from candidates that require skilled worker sponsorship will NOT be shortlisted.Main duties of the jobTo provide a painting and decorating service within the Hospital premises including reactive maintenance of the existing building fabric and full re-decorating works (PPM) to meet the needs of the Trust.Delivering a planned maintenance, repair & installations service which always represents quality and value for money.Apply the highest standards of painting and decorating in the process of maintaining a complex health estate both internally and externally, complying with COSHH Regulations.To work autonomously with estates colleagues, effectively organising and managing the decorating workload and resources with due regard to management requirements.
