  • Welcome new members and deliver engaging inductions
  • Create tailored fitness programmes to help members reach their goals
  • Lead group exercise classes that are fun, inclusive, and motivating
  • Offer guidance and support to members on the gym floor
  • Keep our facilities safe, welcoming, and inspiring for everyone
What we’re looking for
  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Gym/Fitness Instructing
  • A genuine passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
  • Commitment, flexibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Confidence in delivering excellent customer service and engaging with a diverse community
