- Supervise stock and back-office activities, ensuring efficient stock management and document control.
- Serve as the key user for SAP and other digital tools, supporting sales, CRM, and back-office functions.
- Ensure retail procedures are followed, managing boutique expenses and maintaining awareness of Maison's policies.
- Be the point of contact for all Customer Service activities.
- Be responsible for Customer Service activities, including cost estimation and modifications.
- Ensure and develop customer service excellence, handling and resolving client issues.
- Manage back-office staff (Operations Coordinators).
- Define recruitment needs and participate in the recruitment process.
- Animate the team by preparing briefs and sharing information to foster a collaborative environment.
- Possess a basic knowledge of High Jewellery, Jewellery, Watchmaking, and Stones (for quality purposes).
- Provide support for event organisation.
