We are delighted to announce that we have a position to join our team in Urgent Care.You should be working in primary care with a background of a Paramedic, Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Nurse Practitioner.The culture is encouraging, supportive and there is a commitment to continually improving the quality of healthcare.The most valuable asset is our staff and our reputation.Main duties of the jobThe post-holder will deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for registered and temporary patients.In accordance with the practice timetable, as agreed, the post-holder will make themselves available to undertake duties of face to face and telephone consultations.Making professional, autonomous decisions in relation to presenting problems, whether self-referred or referred from other health care workers within practice.Assessing the health care needs of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed problems and screening patients for disease risk factors and early signs of illness.
