An immediate opportunity has arisen for a TIG Welder experienced in stainless steel and aluminium to join a long-standing UK manufacturing business. The role offers long-term career prospects in a stable and supportive environment.This is an ideal position for someone who is reliable, motivated, and keen to grow professionally in a skilled workshop environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welding components to precise engineering drawings
- Following production schedules and work-to lists
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Adhering to internal quality assurance processes
- Proven experience in TIG welding stainless steel and aluminium
- Welding to BS EN ISO 9606-1 & 9606-2 standards is advantageous
- MIG welding experience is beneficial
- Ability to read engineering drawings (training can be provided)
- Good attention to detail, conscientious, and a strong team player
