The ESG Reporting Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing sustainability reporting and ensuring compliance with ESG standards within the sector. This position will enable improved data and reporting across a range of plc reporting requirements and readying the business for future needs>Collaborate with the Group Data Hub to maintain and enhance ESG data reporting within Group systems.>Take ownership of ESG data and drive continuous improvement.>Act as a Data Knowledge Champion for ESG data in legacy systems.>Understand data relationships with business processes to support reporting solutions.>Enhance internal ESG data, documentation, and disclosure systems to simplify investor reporting.>Maintain and improve ESG KPI dashboards for internal stakeholders.>Update dashboards quarterly for senior leadership, Group Leadership Team, and plc Board.>Use Looker and BigQuery to manage and develop reporting capabilities.>Oversee Risk and Control dashboards and systems.>Ensure compliance with evolving reporting standards during system transition.>Assist in the creation and delivery of ESG training (online and in-person) across the business.Data Driven / commercially focused / unique opportunityHybrid - Northampton
  • Qualified by experience in data analysis / finance
  • Strong expertise in ESG data reporting
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Data analysis, investigation, reconciliation, and design
  • Cloud computing and performance reporting
  • ESG investor disclosure reporting
  • Experienced in leading cross-functional projects
  • Strong business engagement and stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills (internal and external)
  • Leadership, influencing, and change advocacy
  • Self-driven, tenacious, and highly organised
  • Attention to detail with ability to prioritise and multitask
  • Commercially minded with a strategic outlook
