✔ Manage project documentation— organising, storing, and distributing documents efficiently.
✔ Administer the Document Management System (DMS)—setting up workflows, managing access, and ensuring data security.
✔ Ensure compliance—maintaining records to meet company, client, and regulatory standards.
✔ Support the project team—assisting with document formatting, templates, and best practices.
✔ Monitor version control—ensuring everyone works from the latest, most accurate documents.
✔ Enhance processes—identifying ways to improve efficiency and implement best practices.QualificationsEducation: GCSEs/A-Levels; additional qualifications in administration or document control are a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in document control within construction, engineering, or similar industries.
Technical Skills: Proficient in document management systems (Aconex, SharePoint, Asite) and MS Office.
Organisation & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
